 Return policy

Kyra Shahrol places customer satisfaction in very high regard, and we want you to be pleased with your purchase. However, in the event that you wish to return part of your order, you may return your goods within a window of 7 days from receiving your items, on the condition that;

  • All item(s) must be returned undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered and unworn
  • All item(s) must be returned in original selling condition and include the original product packaging
  • Items that contain defects is an acceptable and new topic in good condition or another item with its purchased value will be sent back to the customer (subject to stock availability)
  • You will responsible for paying the shipping fee for your item to be returned back to us

Refund policy

Customer will get their full refund in the event of;

  • The customer received a parcel with a missing item(s), faulty item(s)
  • Item(s) ordered is out of stock
  • Your payment will be received within 7 working days

Please allow a 14 day period for us to process and assess your refund. Once complete, please allow a 3-5 working days window for your funds to reflect in your account.

Items that are returned and discovered to be faulty, will be automatically returned back to you. Depending on the nature of the fault, you may be offered store credit of a particular value at our discretion.
